Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Qmotion.AI (the “Service”), an AI-powered platform for generating video, images, voices, characters, and music. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Qmotion.AI. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is governed by our AI-Content Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful content, non-consensual likenesses of real people, disinformation, or anything that infringes the rights of others. We may screen, block, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that policy.

Credits, plans & billing

Generation on Qmotion.AI consumes credits. Credits and paid plans are priced as shown in the app at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable, and credits may expire per the terms of your plan. We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased. Where a generation fails through no fault of yours, we aim to return the credits consumed for that request.

Your content and ownership

You retain the rights you hold in the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, in the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload. You grant Qmotion.AI a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. Free-tier exports may include a “Made with Qmotion.AI” attribution mark; paid plans may remove it.

Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep Qmotion.AI reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some capabilities depend on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qmotion.AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Privacy & Data settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and applicable law evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use Qmotion.AI after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
